SHIPPING:

Orders may take between 1 to 12 weeks to be processed and shipped, depending on the availability of the products. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, and you will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
  • Third-Party Suppliers: Some products may be delivered by third-party suppliers. In such cases, the third-party supplier will share tracking details with you once the order has been dispatched.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

  • Exchanges for Faulty Products: We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you receive a faulty product, you may request an exchange. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@studiolbi.com, and our customer support team will be happy to assist you.
  • Return Eligibility: Please note that exchanges are only applicable in cases of faulty products. If you receive a product that appears to be faulty, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Process: To initiate an exchange due to a faulty product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@studiolbi.com and provide details about the issue with your product.
  2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorisation if necessary.
  3. Once you receive the return authorisation, carefully package the product and send it back to us using a trackable shipping method to ensure its safe delivery.
  4. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will proceed with the exchange, providing you with a replacement product or refunding the purchase amount, depending on your preference and product availability.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are not faulty. This includes bespoke items.
  • Refund Processing Time: If you choose a refund for your faulty product, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs for Returns: If a product is deemed faulty, StudioLBI will cover the shipping costs associated with the return and exchange.
  • Damaged During Shipping: If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@studiolbi.com, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
